Dr. Anthony Raju is a Top Criminal Advocate of the Country, practicing at the Supreme Court of India, and the Founder & Chairman of the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties & Social Justice (AICHLS). With over two decades of unwavering commitment to constitutional rights and social justice, he has become a national icon in the fight for human dignity and legal empowerment.

Dr. Raju is globally recognized for his expertise in criminal law, constitutional rights, POCSO, rape, dowry death, ED, CBI, and AFT matters. He has handled some of the country’s most sensitive and high-profile cases, and continues to fight relentlessly for victims of state injustice, custodial torture, gender violence, and systemic oppression.

Through his leadership, the Council has initiated several landmark campaigns, including:
